1. Intellectual Property

All images, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this site are the property of Melody Smith Portrait and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

2. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date.

• Final payment is due as outlined in your invoice or client agreement.

• Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of 

       purchased collections.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may forfeit the retainer.

• Weather or emergency-related reschedules will be accommodated when possible.

4. Session Experience

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared (styling, outfits, etc.).

• The studio reserves the right to decline inappropriate requests that conflict with our brand values.

5. Image Usage

• Melody Smith Portrait retains copyright ownership of all photographs.

• Clients receive personal usage rights for purchased images and products.

• Images may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Studio Rights

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

7.  Melody Smith Portrait reserves the right to refuse or cancel services for any reason.
